Gluten Free Meat Products, Made in Longford

Every product in this collection is gluten free. That includes items you might not expect to find here — our chicken kievs, cordon bleu, Maryland and breaded fillets are all made with gluten free crumb in our own kitchen, rather than being left out of the range the way they usually are.

That matters because breaded and coated products are normally the first things a coeliac customer has to give up. Making them properly, in-house, with a gluten free crumb means you get the same thing everyone else is having.

What's in the range

• Breaded and coated — chicken kievs, chicken cordon bleu, chicken Maryland and plain breaded chicken fillets.
• Burgers — lean Irish beef steak burgers in 4-packs and 120g singles, Wagyu beef burgers, and our high-protein burgers.
• Sausages and sausage meat — gluten free pork sausages in 375g packs, plus sausage meat in 450g and 1lb packs for stuffing and cooking.

All 100% Irish meat, prepared on our premises in Longford town under HACCP food safety monitoring with lab sampling. Dispatched chilled Tuesday to Friday in insulated boxes with ice gel packs.
