Cancellation and Returns Policy

4.1 If you wish to cancel your order with us you can notify us by email to info@herterichartisanmeats.ie before we have dispatched to goods to you or where goods have already been dispatched to you, they may be returned within 24 hours of receipt with for a full refund or exchange. Any cost associated with returning goods will be borne by you, the customer.

4.2 Upon receipt of the goods in a satisfactory and resale able condition we will provide a refund or exchange credit for the amount paid

4.3 The rights to return the goods to us as referred to above will not apply in the following circumstances: in the event that the products have been used or where the products such as meat or other foodstuffs have a limited life span

4.4 The above does not affect your statutory rights.
