We manufacture an extensive range of sausages and black & white pudding. We cure our own bacon and ham and our award-winning spiced beef is fully prepared on our premises. Our facilities are split into raw food production on the ground floor and ready to eat production in our catering kitchen on the 1st-floor. We employ the latest food safety systems which include lab sampling. Food safety is our highest priority. With customer safety and the constant need for first class food hygiene, we have designed a world class HACCP ( Hazard Analysis Critical Control) Procedure that we believe is the envy of the industry.

We have a van sales delivery team and catering customers can also collect product orders at the shop counter.

Over the years we have entered our products in various national competitions winning many medals and awards including national Gold for our sausages, spiced beef and the national diamond award for out chicken roulades.
