This is our full poultry counter in one place: fresh Irish chicken and turkey, plus everything our kitchen prepares from them. Sixty products, all sourced from Irish farms and prepared on our own premises in Longford town rather than bought in ready-made.

Buying in bulk. Our 10-pack and 25-pack chicken fillets are the most ordered items we sell, and for good reason. If you are cooking for a family or batch-prepping for the week, buying fillets by the box from a butcher is meaningfully better value than trays from a supermarket shelf — and you can portion and freeze them the day they arrive.

Fresh cuts. Chicken fillets, supremes, thighs, wings and Maryland cuts. Free range whole chickens in medium (1.6kg) and large (2.1kg). Turkey breast fillets, diced breast, turkey rashers and boned, rolled and stuffed turkey thigh.

Prepared in our kitchen. Chicken kievs, cordon bleu, roulades, goujons — breaded and Southern fried — nuggets, burgers, skewers, salt and chilli shredded chicken, and tikka wraps. These are filled and crumbed upstairs from our own fillets, not delivered frozen in a box.

Cooked and ready. Rolled cooked turkey breast, turkey and ham dinners with our handmade stuffing, and our savoury stuffing sold on its own.
