Back Bacon Joint. This is a 6lb piece perfect for 5-7 people

We cure all our Bacon in traditional methods using pork from Co. Longford. This particular joint is mildly cured, though we do add a little more salt in the Summer time.Traditionally served with good quality potatoes, cabbage, carrotts and a nice homemade white sauce.
